YOU CAN MAKE A REFUND WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE IF:

• The product does not work properly. If the product does not work properly and technical problems occur during use, please contact us and provide detailed information about the problems encountered. If we are unable to resolve the problem within 72 hours, you are entitled to a refund.
• Customer support was not provided. If you have attempted to contact us for customer support and have not received a response within 72 hours of your request, you are entitled to a refund.

A REFUND REQUEST WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED IF:
• More than 7 days have passed since purchase.
• After purchase, you no longer need the product.
• You do not have enough experience to use the product.
• Your computer or software does not meet the technical requirements to use the product.
• You do not provide a clear explanation as to why you are entitled to a refund.
